User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Send a deletion request

Email business@momentplus.ai with the subject Data Deletion Request. This includes requests relating to information we hold through a Moment Plus service connected to Meta or WhatsApp.

2. Help us identify your information

Please include enough information to locate the relevant records:

• Your name and the email address or phone number used with the service, including country code where relevant.
• The Moment Plus service, account or conversation your request concerns.
• A brief description of the information you would like deleted, with approximate dates or a reference number if available.

Send the request from the associated email address where possible. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, full payment details or identity documents in your initial email. We will contact you if limited additional information is needed to verify your identity or authority to make the request.

3. How we process your request

We will review your request, identify the relevant information and process it according to applicable requirements. Once the request has been verified, we will delete or anonymise information we are required to remove and notify you of the outcome.

Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or establish or defend legal claims. If we cannot fulfil all or part of a request, we will explain the applicable reason. Information retained for such a purpose will be limited to that purpose for the required period.

If we process the information on behalf of another business, we will explain how to contact that business or assist with routing the request as appropriate. You can follow up using the same email thread.

4. Information held by Meta or WhatsApp

These instructions cover information held by or processed for Moment Plus. A request to us does not delete your Meta or WhatsApp account or copies of information independently held by those providers or other message recipients. Use the relevant provider’s account settings or privacy tools for requests about information they control.
