1. Who is responsible for your information
Moment Plus is operated by Hamed Hamood Hamed Al-Ghallabi, Oman Registration No. 1475146, under a Freelance License in the Sultanate of Oman. For information we handle for our own business purposes, the operator is responsible for that processing. Contact business@momentplus.ai with privacy questions or requests.
If we process information on a client’s instructions to deliver a service, the client’s privacy notice and our agreement with that client also apply. We will help direct a request to the responsible business where appropriate.
2. Information you may provide
When you contact us by email, phone or another available business channel, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, business details, enquiry and any files or other information you choose to share. A service engagement may involve additional information needed for that particular service, as explained in the relevant agreement or notice.
This website has no account registration, contact form, payment collection, advertising pixels or analytics tools. It does not set application cookies or use browser storage to track visitors. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.
3. WhatsApp-related information
If you communicate with Moment Plus through WhatsApp, or use a Moment Plus service connected to the WhatsApp Business Platform or Cloud API, information available to us may include your telephone number, profile name, messages and attachments you send, and messaging details such as timestamps and delivery or read status where available.
This information is relevant only when you use that channel or connected service. Visiting this website alone does not give us access to your WhatsApp account, contacts or private conversations with other people.
We use information received through WhatsApp to respond to you and operate the relevant messaging service. Where permission is required for subsequent communications, we obtain it. You can ask us to stop WhatsApp communications through that conversation or by email.
4. How information is used
- To respond to enquiries and communicate about requested work.
- To provide, support and maintain agreed services.
- To operate relevant messaging features and resolve service issues.
- To protect services, investigate misuse and meet applicable legal requirements.
We handle information for the relevant purpose, with consent where required, and as permitted or required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Third-party services and sharing
Providing a website or responding to an enquiry may involve hosting, email, communications or other service providers. We share information only as needed for the relevant service, under appropriate arrangements, or when disclosure is legally required. A separate service agreement or notice will explain any additional processing needed for a particular project.
Where a service uses Meta or WhatsApp, those providers also process information under their own terms and privacy policies. See the WhatsApp Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy. Links to third-party websites do not place their services under our control.
Depending on the provider used, information may be handled outside Oman. Where a transfer is necessary, applicable requirements and safeguards must be met.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, including limiting access to people who need it for the relevant work. No system or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was provided, the relevant service, and applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. The appropriate period depends on the information and the engagement. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Contact us for details about information associated with a specific request.
7. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, ask for corrections or deletion, and withdraw consent where processing depends on it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also raise concerns with the relevant authority in Oman.
Send requests to business@momentplus.ai. We may request limited information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will review and process your request according to applicable requirements and explain any lawful reason that prevents us from fulfilling it in full. See our User Data Deletion Instructions for deletion requests.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice of a material change.
