1. Use of our website and services

Moment Plus is operated by Hamed Hamood Hamed Al-Ghallabi under Oman Registration No. 1475146 (Freelance License). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

This website provides general information about our business. Specific work, deliverables, fees, timelines and support obligations are agreed separately in writing. Where a service agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement takes precedence for that engagement. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract.

2. Acceptable use

You must use the website and our services lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or disrupt services.
• Use services for fraud, impersonation, unlawful content or unsolicited messaging.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
• Provide information or materials you are not authorised to share.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect security or comply with law.

3. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and original materials belong to Moment Plus or their respective owners. You may view the website and refer to its content for personal or legitimate business enquiries. Reproduction, distribution or commercial reuse beyond what the law permits requires the relevant owner’s permission.

Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables, software, source code and third-party materials are defined in the applicable service agreement. You retain ownership of materials you provide, subject to any rights needed and agreed to carry out the work.

Our website may link to third-party services. An agreed solution may also use services such as Meta or WhatsApp. Those services are subject to their own terms, policies and availability. We do not control their operation or guarantee uninterrupted availability. Users of connected services must follow applicable third-party requirements.

5. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but it may contain errors or become outdated. The website is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Commitments for paid services are set out in their respective agreements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moment Plus and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Changes to services and terms

We may update website content, change available services or revise these terms. The latest version is published on this page with its update date. Changes do not override an existing written service agreement. Where applicable requirements call for notice or consent, we will follow those requirements.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Subject to any mandatory rights or applicable service agreement, disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Sultanate of Oman.
